Voici les consignes de vote pour l'assemblée générale du 28/02 à Zeist à laquelle Maître Arnauts et Bernard Poncé assisteront.
- Toutes les infos ont été données dans le mail de la SAAT envoyé le 24/01/24, en fin de journée. Il est toutefois possible que vous ayez reçu ce mail avant ou après moi. Le texte des instructions est repris en pièce jointe (SAAT Infos) ci-dessous, en FR et NL (traduction).
- Si vous n'avez pas reçu ce mail ou si vous ne le retrouvez plus, consultez le pdf en téléchargement ci-dessous : SAAT 240228 - SOS.
- Donnez procuration à Maître Arnauts comme suit :
- Sauf stipulation contraire signalée par la SAAT dans votre lien d'inscription, la procuration est personnelle.
- Cliquez sur le bouton en bas du mail du 24 pour signaler que vous donnez procuration. A faire avant le avant le 21 février 2024, 17h30 !
- Téléchargez le bulletin de procuration (en EN) ci-dessous (SAAT Proxy).
- Indiquez vos nom, prénom et adresse aux deux premières lignes
- N'indiquez rien aux deux suivantes, sauf si vous agissez en représentation d'une personne morale (asbl, etc.)
- A la fin de la première ligne qui suit, indiquez votre nombre de certificats
- Sous la mention "GRANTS POWER OF ATTORNEY TO", cochez les seconde case et indiquez "Laurent ARNAUTS, lawyer"
- Ne cochez rien en page 2
- Complétez le bas de page 2 par votre signature, votre nom et la date.
- Joignez à ce document : une copie de votre carte d'identité et de l'email de confirmation que vous aurez reçu après votre inscription.
- Envoyez le tout à Maître Arnauts pour le 27 février au plus tard :
- soit par mail à l'adresse "secretariat@sq-watt.legal", en indiquant en communication "Trioforum - SAAT proxy".
- soit par poste à l'adresse "Laurent Arnauts / Trioforum - Cabinet SQ-Watt Legal - Avenue Louise 64 - 1050 Bruxelles

Hier zijn de steminstructies voor de algemene vergadering op 28/02 in Zeist, die Maître Arnauts en Bernard Poncé zullen bijwonen.
- Alle informatie stond in de SAAT e-mail die aan het einde van de dag op 24/01/24 werd verstuurd. Het is echter mogelijk dat u deze e-mail vóór of na mij hebt ontvangen. De tekst van de instructies is hieronder bijgevoegd (SAAT Infos), in FR en NL (vertaling).
- Als u deze e-mail niet hebt ontvangen of niet meer kunt vinden, download dan de pdf hieronder: SAAT 240228 - SOS.
- Geef uw volmacht als volgt aan Maître Arnauts:
- Tenzij anders bepaald door SAAT in uw registratielink, is de volmacht persoonlijk. U hebt er dus voor elke persoon één nodig als u een gezamenlijke rekening hebt.
- Klik op de knop onderaan de e-mail van 24 februari om aan te geven dat u uw volmacht geeft. Dit moet gebeuren vóór 17.30 uur op 21 februari 2024!
- Download het volmachtformulier (in het EN) hieronder (SAAT Proxy).
- Vul uw achternaam, voornaam en adres in op de eerste twee regels
- Laat de volgende twee regels leeg, tenzij u optreedt namens een rechtspersoon (non-profitorganisatie, enz.).
- Vermeld aan het einde van de eerste regel uw aantal certificaten
- Vink in de rubriek "GRANTS POWER OF ATTORNEY TO" het tweede vakje aan en vul "Laurent ARNAUTS, advocaat" in.
- Niets aankruisen op pagina 2
- Vul onderaan pagina 2 uw handtekening, naam en datum in.
- Stuur een kopie van uw identiteitskaart en de bevestigingsmail die u na registratie ontvangt mee.
- Stuur het uiterlijk 27 februari naar Maître Arnauts:
- ofwel per e-mail naar "secretariat@sq-watt.legal", met vermelding van "Trioforum - SAAT Proxy" in de mededeling.
- of per post naar "Laurent Arnauts / Trioforum - Cabinet SQ-Watt Legal - Louizalaan 64 - 1050 Brussel".
